Coffins:

All custom furniture orders shall be shipped within 2 – 6 weeks. Typically shipping time is on the faster side but due to our schedule, we plan for worst case scenario.

If you need your item sooner, please contact us and we will try to work something out.

Orders cannot be shipped/delivered on holidays and Sundays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days in which case we will reach out to you.

In the event that the buyer is not satisfied with the item, Bat & Fae Witchery will do everything possible to amend the situation and provide satisfactory solution.

In the event that a custom coffin item is in customer possession and customer wants to return item, only 50% of the total cost will be refundable as long as item is in perfect condition. If item is damaged for any reason, refunds are at Bat & Fae Witchery discretion and on a case by case basis.

Once construction of any coffin begins, any add ons not previously discussed (legs, stain color, or other previously discussed included pieces listed on invoice) will incur an additional fee

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight.

One of the following means of shipment shall be utilized for shipment to addresses within the USA: UPS and/or USPS.

You will be notified via an email holding your tracking number(s) regarding confirmation of shipment once your order has shipped.

Within 24 hours, the tracking number of the shipment will be turned on.

Any taxes and customs applied to your order shall be paid by You, and we will not be responsible for paying the same. All fees shall be levied during or after shipping is the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not responsible for the damaged, scratched, or lost of Goods during delivery/shipment. In case you received the ordered Goods damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all damaged goods and packaging materials before filing a claim.
